This 4 week bodyweight only program is perfect for beginners who have no gym access, little time, and still want to get a great workout in. You can do it in a hotel room, with your kids at the park (they can do it too!) or even during your lunch break. Please keep in mind this is for true beginners who have no access to equipment. If you can get dumbbells or a kettlebell I highly recommend the 4 week Beginner Boot camp with Dumbbells for maximum results still achieved at home.
